Shipping Fees

Delivery Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Ema is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including severe weather, public holidays, incorrect or incomplete delivery information, or courier-related delays.

Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping information is correct before completing your order.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide your order number along with clear photos of the package and the damaged product.
